Internal Nesting Wellness was created to provide thoughtful, compassionate mental health support during some of life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions.
Many of our clients come to us during periods of change such as navigating anxiety, identity shifts, grief, perinatal challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands.

The Honest Space
A virtual peer support group for parents pre-pregnancy and beyond. This is a space to share, connect, and feel truly seen. Whether you are navigating fertility, sleepless nights, identity shifts, or just need a place to talk, we are here for you.
Starting in September and facilitated by Stephanie Kolaski (Internal Nesting Wellness) and Amanda Gurman (Honest As A Mother).

Flora's Walk Team Hamilton
Team Hamilton is back for it's 5th year support the national Flora's Walk for Perinatal Mental Health! We are a group of clinicians, support workers, advocates, and parents all working together to increase awareness and access to accessible and affordable perinatal care for our community!
Date: Sunday, May 3, 2026 from 10am-1pm (stop by at anytime)
Location: Optimist Club of Stoney Creek.
There will be speakers, raffle prizes, and family activities!
