Hi, I’m Stephanie. I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and a mom of two, so I understand just how isolating and overwhelming early parenthood can feel. My own experience led me to specialize in perinatal mental health, offering compassionate, judgment-free therapy for new and expecting parents.

Together, we’ll create space to process your emotions, navigate this life transition, and find steadiness and confidence in your new role.
